About, Development Plan

The unit currently publishes an annual development plan. The development plan is the product of on going consultation with a wide range of agencies throughout the youth work sector. The development plan is submitted to our management committee each year for their approval. These plans also include an outline of the units, vision, mission and values and give an indicative budget for each area of work.
